My journey in chiropractic started at just 12 years old after a ski injury. I was so inspired by my childhood chiropractor that I decided then that I would be a chiropractor when I grew up. Luckily, I also grew up with parents and grandparents who made diet and lifestyle choices to support their health challenges, so this “lifestyle medicine” approach has always felt like a natural part of who I am. I believe that true health is the ultimate freedom - the freedom to show up fully for your loved ones, pursue your passions, and live life to the fullest. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly, and I feel incredibly blessed to be in a profession where I can support and teach others to access their own healing potential.
After completing my education at Southern California University of Health Sciences and graduating cum laude in 2001, I provided chiropractic care and taught yoga to an active community of athletes from high school club teams, olympic trial marathoners, Concordia University’s athletic department, professional soccer players, professional skateboarders and NFL team members.
After becoming a mom to three beautiful children, Harper, Paisley and Bodhi, I have devoted time to specializing in prenatal and pediatric care, completing a Pediatric Diplomate certification as well as prestigious certifications in functional medicine and acupuncture so I can expertly help families in my community people in meeting their wellness needs.
Outside the office, I love to hike, do yoga, read books, garden and keep up with my 3 kiddos ☺️
